We meet fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from September to April for talks and presentations.  We also arrange visits to theatres and places of interest together with a four-day 'mini-holiday' usually in late May.  The talks and presentations, fourteen in number and mostly illustrated, are given by invited speakers and cover a wide range of subjects.  The venue is:

Our

2007 MINI-HOLIDAY, from 21st to 24th May, to Kent and East Sussex, was based on the Holiday Inn, Ashford. From there we visited various places of interest in the area including Dover Castle, Battle Abbey, Walmer Castle, Canterbury and Chartwell.
